The presentation presents only some of the possible examples to highlight the basic features and applications. Nevertheless, the full scope of the presented technology fell within the scope of the extensive research work of the Wageningen, Fraunhofer Institutes with special emphasis on the University of Rzeszow, which supervises the work. This also applies to the monitoring and testing of products already put into production.

A new generation of heat-sealable varnishes with the highest barrier performance, designed to protect paper, cartons and cardboard against water, oil and moisture.
DAT-HybridSeal™ coatings give papers and cardboards barrier properties comparable to foil laminates – without the plastic and without sacrificing recyclability.
The paper is heat-sealable and approved for contact with food.

D.A.T. GOLD
For 30 years, we have been making history with highly advanced Nano Technologies now used in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and most EU countries. We have a special focus on Vacuum PVD Technology for Diamond (DLC), Gold and Titanium coatings dedicated to the jewelry industry.
We knew that the magnetron technology used so far was too expensive and not cost-effective for typical jewelry products. Therefore, we have developed a new Magnetron system operating in the “Gemini Rotary Plus” system that allows us to perform gold coatings on all jewelry products in the field of gold plating, gilding and plating while maintaining prices generally accepted in electroplating technology.
D.A. SEPT
A unique solution that surpasses the properties of “silver ion” application technologies. We have created alternative composites and coatings for the only known and used compounds – silver ions, which are currently banned in most countries around the world.
For years, the whole world has considered silver ions only as biocidal additives. This ranges from medicine to cosmetics to material composites. The coatings can be used in the food, medical and industrial sectors. So far, no equally durable and efficient biocidal compounds with a biocidal index of 99.999999% (8log) have yet been developed.
D.A. LAB
DAT7-concentrate antimicrobial powder captured during the magnetron-vacuum process, which in the form of an antimicrobial additive can be used for paints, oils, cosmetics and varnishes.
D.A. TECH
Vacuum technology for spraying biocidal coatings on the surface of the film, thus giving the film antibacterial properties. This solves the problem of the development and growth of bacteria and viruses on the surfaces of everyday objects (such as packaged food) and in public spaces – such as hospitals.

D.A.VAC SP. z o. o. is implementing a project titled “Implementation to the market of an innovative technology for the application of a completely transparent diamond-like coating on flat surfaces” co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund, implemented under priority axis I of Entrepreneurial Eastern Poland, measure 1.1 Starting platforms for new ideas, sub-measure 1.1.2 Development of startups in Eastern Poland.
The aim of the project is the market implementation of technology for the application of a completely transparent diamond-like coating DLC OPTI on flat surfaces.
EU funding for the project: PLN 999,940.00
Project Title: Preparation of an application for a Eurogrant under the Horizon Europe program for the D.A. project. VAC Sp. z o. o
The project will include the following tasks: consultations with experts in the field of European funds, which will allow for optimal development of the application and preparation of specialized analysis confirming the achievement of the required TRL level, which will ensure compliance with the program requirements.
The project is addressed to the D.A. company. VAC Sp. z o. o.
The aim of the project is to prepare a complete application form, enabling D.A. VAC Sp. z o. o. obtaining a Eurogrant as part of the EIC Accelerator, which will allow for further research and development work on coating technology for paper with advanced barrier properties.
The effect and result of the project will be the development and submission of a complete application for a Eurogrant under the EIC Accelerator program.
